Georgia Power urges customers to be cautious when contacted by an unverified person claiming to be a Georgia Power representative. Customers should beware of deceptive caller-ID displays, official-sounding automated calls and in-person calls demanding immediate payment over the phone to avoid disconnection.<\/b><\/p>\n
