(TSX: SNC) is pleased to announce an expanded role for <span class=\"xn-person\">Steve Morriss<\/span> \u2013 who has recently joined the company as President, <span class=\"xn-location\">Middle East<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-location\">Asia Pacific<\/span> \u2013 to include executive leadership of the <span class=\"xn-location\">Latin America<\/span> region as well as the Mining &amp; Metallurgy business globally. In addition, following the announcement of the strategic divestiture of the Oil &amp; Gas business, <span class=\"xn-person\">Craig Muir<\/span>, President, Resources, will be leaving the company at the end of <span class=\"xn-chron\">March 2021<\/span>. Effective immediately, <span class=\"xn-person\">Steve Morriss<\/span> will take over executive leadership of the Resources Oil &amp; Gas operations until closing of the sale to Kentech Corporate Holdings Limited, targeting closure in Q2 2021.<\/p>\n<p>\n        <span class=\"xn-person\">Craig Muir<\/span> is working closely with <span class=\"xn-person\">Steve Morriss<\/span> on a smooth handover to ensure continuity of the business and operations.\u00a0The Resources Oil and Gas leadership will report to <span class=\"xn-person\">Steve Morriss<\/span> with immediate effect, continuing to focus on our clients and delivering on our commitments. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Steve&#8217;s expanded role reflects the quality and depth of his experience in building businesses, and he is uniquely qualified to lead diverse regions \u2013 from <span class=\"xn-location\">Asia Pacific<\/span> to the <span class=\"xn-location\">Middle East<\/span> and now to <span class=\"xn-location\">Latin America<\/span>.
