Gross proceeds from the sale of the shares, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, were approximately $287.5 million.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nGoldman Sachs &amp; Co. LLC, SVB Leerink LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
