The units will be listed on The Nasdaq Capital Market (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) and trade under the ticker symbol \u201cHCICU\u201d beginning tomorrow, Friday, January 15, 2021. Each unit consists of one share of the Company\u2019s Class A common stock and one-fourth of one redeemable warrant, each whole warrant enabling the holder thereof to purchase one share of Class A common stock at a price of $11.50 per share. Only whole warrants are exercisable. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols \u201cHCIC\u201d and \u201cHCICW,\u201d respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The offering is expected to close on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Company is a blank check company founded by Daniel J. Hennessy and formed for the purpose of entering into a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
