A year ago at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 3.65 percent.<\/li>\n<li>\n          <a href=\"http:\/\/www.freddiemac.com\/pmms\/pmms_archives.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><br \/>\n            <u>15-year <\/u><br \/>\n          <\/a><br \/>\n          <a href=\"http:\/\/www.freddiemac.com\/pmms\/pmms_archives.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><br \/>\n            <u>fixed-rate mortgage<\/u><br \/>\n          <\/a> averaged 2.23 percent with an average 0.7 point, up from last week when it averaged 2.16 percent.
