Although the Company may pursue a business combination target in any business, industry or sector, the Company intends to focus its efforts on completing a business combination with a company in one of the following sectors: consumer; food; branded products; e-commerce\u00a0and retail disruptors; and the consumerization of healthcare, as well as certain service sectors and the technology driving changes across these sectors and related industries.<\/p>\n<p>The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) and trade under the ticker symbol \u201cGPACU\u201d beginning January 12, 2021. Each unit consists of (i) one Class A ordinary share, (ii) one-sixth of one redeemable warrant and (iii) the contingent right to receive, in certain circumstances, another one-sixth of one redeemable warrant at the time of the Company\u2019s initial business combination. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Class A ordinary share of the Company at a price of $11.50 per share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols \u201cGPAC\u201d and \u201cGPACW\u201d, respectively. The offering is expected to close on January 14, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n<p>UBS Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are acting as joint book running managers for the offering.
