(NYSE: CHN) (the “Fund”) announced today that the Fund’s annual stockholder meeting (the “Meeting”) will be held Tuesday, March 9, 2021<\/span> via a virtual forum at 11:15 a.m.<\/span> Stockholders of record as of January 11, 2021<\/span> will be entitled to notice of, and to attend and vote at, the Meeting. Matthews Asia<\/span>, International Capital Management, LLC, the investment manager, will be in attendance at the meeting and will provide an update on the China<\/span> market.<\/p>\n
