The transaction was unanimously approved by the board of directors of LF Capital and was also approved at a special meeting of LF Capital\u2019s stockholders on December 14, 2020.<\/p>\n

With the closing, LF Capital has been renamed \u201cLandsea Homes Corporation\u201d (\u201cLandsea\u201d) and its common stock and warrants will begin trading on The Nasdaq Stock Market (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) under the ticker symbols \u201cLSEA\u201d and \u201cLSEAW\u201d on January 8, 2021.<\/p>\n
