Berkeley, CA, Jan. 06, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — KludeIn I Acquisition Corp. (the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 15,000,000 units at\u00a0$10.00\u00a0per unit. The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market and trade under the ticker symbol \u201cINKAU\u201d beginning\u00a0Thursday, January 7, 2021.<\/p>\n

Each unit consists of one share of the Company\u2019s Class A common stock and one-half of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one share of the Company\u2019s Class A common stock at a price of\u00a0$11.50\u00a0per share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbols \u201cINKA\u201d and \u201cINKAW,\u201d respectively. The initial public offering is expected to close on\u00a0Monday, January 11, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n

The Company is a newly incorporated blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The Company is led by\u00a0Narayan Ramachandran, Chief Executive Officer and Sriram Raghavan, Co-President.<\/p>\n

BTIG, LLC is acting as sole book-running manager and I-Bankers Securities, Inc. is acting as co-manager of the offering.
