(OTCQX: UBAB) (the “Company”), parent company of United Bank and UB Community Development, today announced its Board of Directors declared a $0.10<\/span> cash dividend with a special $0.05<\/span> per share dividend for a total cash dividend of $0.15<\/span> per share. The dividend will be paid on or about January 15, 2021<\/span> to shareholders of record as of December 31<\/span>, 2020.\u00a0 The semiannual dividend of $0.13<\/span> per share paid in January 2020<\/span> compared to the $0.15<\/span> per share paid in January 2021<\/span> is a 15.38 % increase.\u00a0 <\/p>\n
