Constructed in 2019, Union Pointe consists of 256 homes on 13 acres in the rapidly growing city of <span class=\"xn-location\">Longmont<\/span> with convenient access to <span class=\"xn-location\">Boulder<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-location\">Denver<\/span>. As of <span class=\"xn-chron\">January 5, 2021<\/span>, Union Pointe was 94% occupied with average rents of <span class=\"xn-money\">$1,582<\/span> per month.<\/p>\n<p>Centerspace also issued <span class=\"xn-money\">$50 million<\/span> of 2.7% unsecured Series C Notes due <span class=\"xn-chron\">June 6, 2030<\/span>, with Prudential Private Capital. In concert with the issuance, Centerspace amended and expanded its Note Purchase Private Shelf Agreement (the &#8220;Agreement&#8221;) with Prudential to increase the aggregate amount available under the Agreement from <span class=\"xn-money\">$150 million<\/span> to <span class=\"xn-money\">$225 million<\/span>.\u00a0Proceeds from the Series C Notes were used to fund the acquisition of Union Pointe and for other corporate purposes.
