Ms. Kardish has over 25 years of drug development and operations experience in mid-size and small pharma companies, primarily in CNS and rare disease spaces. During her 11 years at Shire Pharmaceuticals, Ms. Kardish had a successful track record which included five global regulatory approvals. Mr. Pilipski has over 17 years of industry experience and spent over four years at Sanofi S.A. and eight years at Shire Pharmaceuticals.
