In <span class=\"xn-location\">Boston<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-location\">Denver<\/span>, the numbers are <b>59.09% <\/b>and<b>\u00a059.07%, <\/b>respectively. <\/li>\n<li>\n          <b><br \/>\n            <span class=\"xn-location\">Las Vegas<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Tampa, Fla.<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-location\">Phoenix<\/span> have the lowest percentages of millennials making purchase requests among the metros. <\/b>Millennials made just <b>42.58%<\/b> of the purchase requests in <span class=\"xn-location\">Las Vegas<\/span>, <b>44.54%<\/b> in <span class=\"xn-location\">Tampa<\/span> and <b>46.33%<\/b> of the purchase requests in <span class=\"xn-location\">Phoenix<\/span>, indicating these metros may not be that popular with millennials. <\/li>\n<li>\n          <b>Millennial homebuyers in <span class=\"xn-location\">San Francisco<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">San Jose, Calif.<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-location\">New York City<\/span> are the oldest in our study. <\/b>The average age for these three areas was <b>32.10<\/b> years old, about half a year older than the average <b>31.57<\/b> across all 50 of the largest metros in the country. Since these metros are so expensive, millennials likely need to spend more time saving before they&#8217;re ready to buy a house. <\/li>\n<li>\n          <b><br \/>\n            <span class=\"xn-location\">Salt Lake City<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Buffalo, N.Y.<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-location\">Detroit<\/span> are the metros with the youngest millennial homebuyers. <\/b>The average age for these three areas was <b>31.03 <\/b>years old.<b>\u00a0<br \/><\/b><\/li>\n<li>\n          <b><br \/>\n            <span class=\"xn-location\">San Jose, Calif.<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">San Francisco<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-location\">New York City<\/span> are markets where potential millennial homebuyers had the highest average credit scores. <\/b>The average credit score for these three areas combined was <b>721<\/b>. By comparison, the average credit score for millennial homebuyers across the 50 largest metros in the country was <b>669<\/b>.<b>\u00a0<br \/><\/b><\/li>\n<li>\n          <b><br \/>\n            <span
