These systems are expected to be recognized as revenue evenly in the second and third quarters of 2021. We believe these large orders affirm the importance of 3D MRS\u2122 technology based MX3000 inspection systems for memory manufacturers.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAs previously disclosed, the gross margin percentage of the 3D MX3000 is lower than that of its 2D counterpart, reflecting the 3D system\u2019s significantly higher content of material handling and automation hardware.
