(CSE: NAB) (OTC: NABIF) (FRA: A2PL) (\u201cNabis<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201cC<\/strong>omp<\/strong>a<\/strong>n<\/strong>y<\/strong>\u201d) today announced that the Company\u2019s previously announced proposal (as amended from time to time, the \u201cProposal<\/strong>\u201d) under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act<\/em> (Canada), pursuant to which the Company will implement a recapitalization of the Company\u2019s outstanding CDN$35 million principal amount of 8.0% unsecured convertible debentures and all other debts of the Company (the \u201cRecapitalization<\/strong>\u201d), is now expected to be implemented on or prior to January 31, 2021.<\/p>\n
