The preliminary results have not been audited and are subject to change.<\/p>\n<p>\n        <b>Selected Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2020 Preliminary Results<\/b><br \/>\n        <b>\u00a0and Other Data (Unaudited):<\/b>\n      <\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Total revenue of approximately <span class=\"xn-money\">$18 million<\/span> in the fourth quarter of 2020, primarily from three revenue units including one system upgrade, compared to total revenue of approximately <span class=\"xn-money\">$17 million<\/span>, primarily from three revenue units including one system upgrade, in the fourth quarter of 2019. <\/li>\n<li>Received five new orders, including one upgrade, for MRIdian systems totaling approximately <span class=\"xn-money\">$24 million<\/span> in the fourth quarter of 2020, compared to four new orders totaling approximately <span class=\"xn-money\">$21 million<\/span> in the fourth quarter of 2019. <\/li>\n<li>Full year 2020 revenue of approximately <span class=\"xn-money\">$57 million<\/span>, primarily from nine revenue units, including two system upgrades, compared to 2019 revenue of approximately <span class=\"xn-money\">$88 million<\/span>, primarily from 15 revenue units, including two system upgrades. <\/li>\n<li>Total backlog was approximately <span class=\"xn-money\">$241 million<\/span> as of <span class=\"xn-chron\">December 31, 2020<\/span>. <\/li>\n<li>Cash and cash equivalents were approximately <span class=\"xn-money\">$157 million<\/span> as of <span class=\"xn-chron\">December 31, 2020<\/span>.
