Pursuant to the Internalization Agreement dated October 10, 2020, between Granite Point and its former external manager, Pine River Capital Management L.P. (\u201cthe Manager\u201d), the Company made a one-time cash payment of $44.5 million to the Manager and the management agreement between the Company and the Manager was terminated.
