\n Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory announces that it has signed and completed the divestment of its French legal notices business, Annonces & Formalit\u00e9s L\u00e9gales, to M\u00e9dialex, part of Sipa-Ouest-France Group.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Annonces & Formalit\u00e9s L\u00e9gales, which has 34 full-time employees, supports the publication of legal notices and announcements for businesses in France.<\/p>\n

The divestment is consistent with the strategy of Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory to focus on professional information and software solutions in core legal markets.\u00a0 <\/p>\n
