IV (Nasdaq: CFIVU, the “Company”) announced today that it priced its upsized initial public offering of 45,000,000 units at $10.00<\/span> per unit. The units are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) and trade under the symbol “CFIVU” beginning Wednesday, December 23, 2020<\/span>. Each unit consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-third of one warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable to purchase one share of Class A common stock at a price of $11.50<\/span> per share. Only whole warrants are exercisable. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on the NASDAQ under the symbols “CFIV” and “CFIVW,” respectively.<\/p>\n
