The conversion of the Series X\u00b9\u00a0non-voting convertible preferred shares into common stock (subject to beneficial ownership conversion limits, or \u201cblockers\u201d) is expected to be effective at the close of business on December 22, 2020.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">David-Alexandre C.
