On December 21, 2020, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) granted an order (the \u201c<strong>Approval<\/strong><strong>Order<\/strong>\u201d) approving the Proposal in accordance with its terms and the BIA.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Pursuant to the Proposal, the Company will implement a recapitalization of the Company\u2019s outstanding CDN$35 million principal amount of 8.0% unsecured convertible debentures and all other debts of the Company (the \u201c<strong>Recapitalization<\/strong>\u201d).
