Marcos, who joined the Company in September 2018<\/span>, will work with the Company on an orderly transition. Henry Batievsky<\/span>, the Company’s co-founder, prior CFO and current Chief Production Officer (CPO), has agreed to serve as Interim CFO until a replacement is hired.\u00a0Henry will retain the duties of CPO while serving as interim CFO.\u00a0The Company has commenced its search for a new CFO.<\/p>\n
