(OTC: VRTB) announced today the voting results from its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, held on <span class=\"xn-chron\">December 17<\/span> in <span class=\"xn-location\">Baltimore, Maryland<\/span>. Approximately 63.2 percent of shares were voted, or 852 shares of 1,348 total shares outstanding.<\/p>\n<p>Stockholders voted to elect <span class=\"xn-person\">Daryl C. Idler Jr.<\/span> to serve as a class I director on the board of VRTB until the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, and until his successor is duly elected and qualifies. <span class=\"xn-person\">Donovan Jacobs<\/span> continues to serve as an independent director, while <span class=\"xn-person\">Michael Shustek<\/span> remains the executive officer. <\/p>\n<p>A total of 810 votes were cast at the annual meeting, representing approximately 60.1 percent of all shares.
