In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 975,000 shares of common stock from the Company at the public offering price. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on December 18, 2020 under the ticker symbol \u201cMASS.\u201d The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses payable by 908 Devices are expected to be $130.0 million, excluding any exercise of the underwriters\u2019 option to purchase additional shares.
