(OTCQX:WAYN), (the \u201cCompany\u201d), the holding company parent of Wayne Savings Community Bank (the \u201cBank\u201d), has declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per share of the Company\u2019s common stock for the quarter ending December 31, 2020. The quarterly cash dividend will be paid on January 20, 2021 to stockholders of record as of January 6, 2021.<\/p>\n

Established in 1899, Wayne Savings Community Bank, the wholly owned subsidiary of Wayne Savings Bancshares, Inc., has twelve full-service banking locations in the communities of Wooster, Ashland, Millersburg, Rittman, Lodi, North Canton, Creston and Fredericksburg, Ohio. At September 30, 2020, Wayne Savings Bancshares, Inc. reported total assets of $550.7 million, deposits of $451.6 million, and stockholders\u2019 equity of $50.9 million, or 9.2% of total assets.<\/p>\n
