The company expects total fourth quarter 2020 revenue to be between $84 million and $88 million, which includes revenues from two small license agreements signed since the beginning of the quarter, and approximately $1 million to $2 million in non-recurring revenue. This revenue guidance does not include the potential impact of any new patent license, technology solutions or patent sale agreements that may be signed, or any arbitration or dispute resolutions that may occur, during the balance of fourth quarter 2020.<\/p>\n
