The closing of the Company\u2019s initial public offering of 10,000,000 units is expected to occur on or about December 17, 2020. Each unit consists of one ordinary share, par value $.0001 per share (\u201c<u>Ordinary Share<\/u>\u201d), and one half of one warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase one Ordinary Share at a price of $11.50 per share. Each unit will be sold at an offering price of $10.00 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $100,000,000.
