NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–
\nRMG Acquisition Corp. II (the \u201cCompany\u201d) announced today the closing of its initial public offering of 34,500,000 units, which included the full exercise of the underwriters\u2019 over-allotment option, at a price of $10.00 per unit, resulting in gross proceeds of $345,000,000. The units began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) under the ticker symbol \u201cRMGBU\u201d on December 10, 2020. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share. Only whole warrants are exercisable. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and redeemable warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols \u201cRMGB\u201d and \u201cRMGBW,\u201d respectively.\n<\/p>\n
