The appointment of MarcumBP was made after a careful and thorough evaluation process and has been approved by\u00a0Kaixin’s\u00a0board and audit committee.<\/p>\n

MarcumBP will replace\u00a0KPMG Huazhen LLP\u00a0(“KPMG”) as\u00a0Kaixin’s\u00a0independent registered public accounting firm.
