The public offering price of common stock was $90.00 per share and the public offering price of each pre-funded warrant was $89.99, with each pre-funded warrant having an exercise price of $0.01. The aggregate gross proceeds to IGM from the offering were approximately $230 million, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by IGM.<\/p>\n<p>Jefferies, Stifel, Guggenheim Securities and RBC Capital Markets acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
