(NYSE: RYB) (“RYB” or the “Company”), a leading early childhood education service provider in China<\/span>, today announced that it will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders (the “AGM”) at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, 30\/F, China World Office<\/span> 2, No. 1, Jian Guo Men Wai Avenue, Chaoyang District, Beijing<\/span> 100004, People’s Republic of China<\/span> on December 29, 2020<\/span> at 10:00 a.m.<\/span> (Beijing<\/span> time). No proposal will be submitted to shareholders for approval at the AGM. Instead, the AGM will serve as an open forum for shareholders and holders of the Company’s American depositary shares (“ADSs”) to discuss Company affairs with management.<\/p>\n

The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed the close of business on December 11<\/span>, 2020\u00a0(Eastern Time) as the record date (the “Record Date”) for determining the shareholders entitled to receive notice of the AGM or any adjournment or postponement thereof.<\/p>\n
