Higgins<\/span>, Thomas J. McInerney<\/span>, David M. Moffett<\/span>, Thomas E. Moloney<\/span>, Debra J. Perry<\/span>, Robert P. Restrepo Jr.<\/span> and James S. Riepe<\/span>, while\u00a0Karen E. Dyson\u00a0was elected today as a new independent director. \u00a0Lieutenant General Dyson, U.S. Army, Retired, 61, served as the Military Deputy to the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management from August 2014<\/span> until her retirement in August 2017<\/span>.<\/p>\n
