Those units not separated will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange (\u201cNYSE\u201d) under the symbol \u201cHZON.U,\u201d and the Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade on the NYSE under the symbols \u201cHZON\u201d and \u201cHZON WS,\u201d respectively. Holders of units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer &amp; Trust Company, the Company\u2019s transfer agent, in order to separate the units into Class A ordinary shares and warrants.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe units were initially offered by the Company in an underwritten offering. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. served as lead book-running manager for the offering. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC served as book-running managers for the offering.
