\n STOCKHOLM<\/span>, Dec. 8, 2020<\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ — During the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO) and American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) Annual Meetings, users of the Elekta Unity MR-Linac presented 69 abstracts recounting the past years’ worth of clinical experience with this groundbreaking treatment platform. Since 2014, a total of 460 Unity-related abstracts have been presented during ESTRO, ASTRO and AAPM.<\/p>\n

A range of diverse studies, including one from the seven international institutions heading up the MOMENTUM study – titled The Patterns of Care, Tolerability and Safety in the First Year of a Novel High Field MR-Linac<\/i><\/a>\u00a0– <\/i>demonstrated the transformative potential of magnetic resonance radiation with Elekta Unity.<\/p>\n
