\nOrganic Garage Ltd. (\u201cOrganic Garage<\/b>\u201d or the \u201cCompany<\/b>\u201d) (TSXV: OG), announces a change of auditor.\n<\/p>\n

\nOn November 23, 2020, at the request of the Company, MNP LLP (the \u201cFormer Auditor\u201d) resigned as auditor of the Company and the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Smythe LLP (the \u201cSuccessor Auditor\u201d) as its new auditor effective November 23, 2020 until the close of the Company\u2019s next annual meeting.\n<\/p>\n

\nThere were no reservations in the Former Auditor\u2019s reports for the Company\u2019s two most recently completed fiscal years or for any period subsequent to the most recently completed period for which an audit report was issued and preceding the date of the Former Auditor\u2019s resignation. There are no “reportable events” (as the term is defined in National Instrument 51-102 \u2013 Continuous Disclosure Obligations (“NI 51-102”)) between the Company and the Former Auditor.\n<\/p>\n

\nPursuant to NI 51-102, the Notice of Change of Auditor, together with the letter from the Former Auditor and the letter from the Successor Auditor, have been reviewed by the Company\u2019s Audit Committee and Board of Directors and will be filed on SEDAR accordingly.\n<\/p>\n
