(“Volaris” or the “Company”) (NYSE: VLRS and BMV: VOLAR), an ultra-low-cost airline based in Mexico<\/span>, announced today the launch of a primary follow-on equity offering in which the Company is offering 120,000,000 of its Ordinary Participation Certificates (Certificados de Participaci\u00f3n Ordinarios<\/i>), or CPOs, in the form of American Depositary Shares, or ADSs, in the United States<\/span> and other countries outside of Mexico<\/span>, pursuant to the Company’s shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
