WASHINGTON, Dec. 04, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Led by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, thirty-eight U.S. Senators today filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court of the United States supporting an application urging the Justices to reverse a lower court ruling that upheld Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear\u2019s executive order prohibiting private religious schools from holding in-person classes for grades K-12.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
