These new team members will support the ongoing commercial launch of Jelmyto\u00ae (mitomycin) for pyelocalyceal solution, UroGen\u2019s first approved product, and the continued development of the Company\u2019s pipeline.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nUp to 35,300 shares of UroGen\u2019s common stock are issuable upon the vesting and settlement of the RSUs. The RSUs vest over three years, with one third of the underlying shares vesting after one year from the vesting date, and the balance of the underlying shares vesting on an annual basis thereafter, subject in each case to the employee\u2019s continued service relationship with UroGen.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe RSUs are subject to the terms and conditions of UroGen\u2019s 2019 Inducement Plan and RSU grant notice and agreement thereunder.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe RSU grants were granted as an inducement material to each employee entering into employment with UroGen in accordance with Nasdaq listing Rule 5635(c)(4).\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>About UroGen Pharma Ltd. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nUroGen is a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to building novel solutions that treat specialty cancers and urologic diseases because patients deserve better options.
