The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) and will begin trading tomorrow, Friday, December 4, 2020, under the ticker symbol \u201cPTICU.\u201d Each unit consists of one share of the Company\u2019s Class A common stock and one-third of one redeemable warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one share of Class A common stock at a price of $11.50 per share. Only whole warrants are exercisable and will trade. \u00a0Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, shares of the Class A common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols \u201cPTIC\u201d and \u201cPTICW,\u201d respectively.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The offering is expected to close on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Company is a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. While the Company may pursue an initial business combination target in any stage of its corporate evolution or in any industry or sector, it intends to concentrate its efforts in identifying high quality business that provide technological innovation to the real estate industry, or PropTech.
