\n NEW YORK<\/span>, Dec. 3, 2020<\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ —\u00a0iQSTEL, Inc. (USOTC: IQST), an international telecommunication, technology and fintech service provider, and Alternet Systems, Inc. (USOTC: ALYI), an electric vehicle (EV) innovator, meet today to advance a previously announced joint design program to codevelop two-way device communication solutions specific to the EV operating environment.\u00a0Today, the two companies are meeting face to face in Dallas<\/span>, in the design lab of ALYI’s EV engineering partner, MODUS<\/a>.\u00a0The two companies have agreed in advance to specific COVID19 mitigation protocols.<\/p>\n

IQST and ALYI recently announced a letter of intent (LOI) agreement for IQST’s\u00a0Internet of Things (IoT) development team to combine efforts with ALYI’s EV engineering and design program to codevelop two-way device communication solutions specific to the EV operating environment.<\/p>\n

ALYI’s first generation EV program includes multiple electric motorcycles. One is designed for, among other applications, utilization within the rideshare (exemplified by Uber and Lyft services) sector in Africa<\/span> evolving the prevailing robust motorcycle taxi (Boda<\/a>) market away from combustion powered vehicles.<\/p>\n

ALYI has also designed and developed the Retro ReVolt Electric Motorcycle<\/a> based on the historic BMW R71 motorcycle that will be coming soon to North America<\/span>. ALYI plans to start taking orders for the Retro ReVolt Electric Motorcycle later this month.<\/p>\n

The purpose of the meeting in Dallas<\/span> today at the MODUS design labs is so that the two teams can have hands on access to ALYI’s electric motorcycle.<\/p>\n

IQST subsidiary IoT Labs MX<\/a> specializes in Internet of Things (IoT) design and development to include wireless and vehicle telematics space that provide telematics solutions.\u00a0IoT Lab MX, among other products, has developed the IoT Smart Gas Platform (www.iotsmartgas.com<\/a>).<\/p>\n

IoT Labs MX and MODUS plan to work jointly to develop two-way device communication (www.iotsmartev.com<\/a>) in the Revolt Electric Motorcycles with, among others, the following functions:<\/p>\n
