\nBluma Wellness Inc. (the \u201cCompany<\/b>\u201d or \u201cBluma Wellness<\/b>\u201d) (CSE: BWEL.U) announces that it has changed its auditors from SRCO Professional Corporation (the \u201cFormer Auditor<\/b>\u201d) to Marcum LLP (the \u201cSuccessor Auditor<\/b>\u201d) effective November 19, 2020. At the request of the Company, the Former Auditor resigned as the auditor of the Company effective November 19, 2020 and the board of directors of the Company appointed the Successor Auditor as the Company’s auditor effective November 19, 2020, until the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.\n<\/p>\n

\nIn accordance with National Instrument 51-102 \u2013 Continuous Disclosure Obligations <\/i>(\u201cNI 51-102<\/b>\u201d), the notice of change of auditor, together with the required letters from the Former Auditor and the Successor Auditor, have been reviewed by the board of directors of the Company and will shortly be filed on SEDAR. There were no \u201creportable events\u201d as such term is defined in NI 51-102 between the Company and the Former Auditor.\n<\/p>\n
