(NASDAQ: ESLT) (TASE: ESLT) (the “Company<\/b>“) announced today that at its Extraordinary and Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on December 2, 2020<\/span> at the Company’s offices in Haifa<\/span>, the proposed resolutions described in the Proxy Statement to the Shareholders dated October 28, 2020<\/span> and detailed hereunder were approved by the respective required majority:\u00a0 <\/p>\n

  1. “To re-elect to the Board the following seven members who are not “External Directors” as defined in the Israeli Companies Law 5759-1999, to serve until the close of the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Mr. Michael Federmann<\/span>, Mrs. Rina Baum<\/span>, Mr. Yoram Ben-Zeev<\/span>, Mr. David Federmann<\/span>, Mr. Dov Ninveh, Prof. Ehood (Udi) Nisan and Prof. Yuli Tamir<\/span>; <\/li>\n
