These transactions increase Cousins’ presence in a leading Sun Belt submarket and are consistent with its long-term strategic objectives.\u00a0<\/p>\n

On November 17, 2020<\/span>, Cousins closed on the purchase of 3.4 acres of land for $28.1 million<\/span>. The Company anticipates developing a 600,000 to 700,000 square foot mixed-use development on the site to be called South End Station. <\/p>\n

On December 2, 2020<\/span>, Cousins closed on the purchase of a 329,000 square foot creative office asset for $201 million<\/span>.\u00a0\u00a0 Known as The RailYard, the property was developed in 2019 and is currently 97% leased with customers including an Allstate technology center and an Ernst & Young innovation center. <\/p>\n
