Each FT Unit and each Hard Unit consists of one common share of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole common share purchase warrant, a \u201c<strong>Warrant<\/strong>\u201d).\u00a0 Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the Company for 2 years from the closing of the Offering (the \u201c<strong>Closing<\/strong>\u201d) at a price of C$2.10.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The net proceeds from the Offering will be used to fund exploration on Probe&#8217;s projects in Qu\u00e9bec and for working capital purposes.
