The CPC program is a unique listing vehicle exclusively offered by TSXV and accounted for almost 50% of new TSXV listings in the past 10 years.<\/p>\n<p>New changes to the policy will take effect on <span class=\"xn-chron\">January 1, 2021<\/span> and will provide:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n          <b>Increased flexibility<\/b> &#8211; new jurisdictions added, residency restrictions eased, spending restrictions simplified <\/li>\n<li>\n          <b>Reduced regulatory burden<\/b> &#8211; relaxed requirements on shareholder distribution and shareholder approval, fewer restrictions on PRO subscriptions <\/li>\n<li>\n          <b>Improved economics<\/b> &#8211; increased seed investment, finders fees, shorter escrow <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8220;The CPC program is a unique, innovative go-public vehicle tailored to serve the needs of growth companies in all sectors and is the leading source of new listings on TSX Venture Exchange.
