A replay will be available for 30 days.<\/p>\n<p>The Company is providing an update on recent operational metrics:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>October and estimated November gross vacation ownership interest (VOI) sales were <span class=\"xn-money\">$195 million<\/span>; <span class=\"xn-money\">$110 million<\/span> in October and an estimated <span class=\"xn-money\">$85 million<\/span> in November. <\/li>\n<li>The trend in VOI sales improved sequentially from September to October, with October North American tour-generated VOI sales declining 46% year-over-year, an improvement from a 49% year-over-year decline in September and 61% in the third quarter. <span class=\"xn-person\">November North American<\/span> tour-generated VOI sales are estimated to be just under 50% lower year-over-year. <\/li>\n<li>Vacation Clubs and Exchange cancellations have increased modestly with rising daily COVID-19 cases.
