\n TORONTO<\/span>, Nov. 27, 2020<\/span> \/CNW\/ – Dynamic Funds today announced that the Dynamic Active International Dividend ETF (DXW) and Dynamic Active Global Infrastructure ETF (DXN) listed on the TSX do not expect to pay year-end reinvested distributions for the 2020 tax year based on estimates as of October 30, 2020<\/span>. Please note that the estimates have been calculated based upon forward-looking information and accordingly, the actual distributions may differ materially from these estimates.<\/p>\n

We expect to announce updated estimates of the year-end reinvested distribution amounts, if any, (as well as any monthly and\/or any quarterly cash distribution amounts, as applicable) on or about December 22, 2020<\/span>. The record date for the 2020 final year-end distributions will be December 31, 2020<\/span>, payable on January 6, 2021<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The actual taxable amounts of reinvested distributions, if any, and cash distributions for 2020, including the tax characteristics of the distributions, will be reported to CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc. in early 2021. Securityholders can reach out to their brokerage firm for this information.<\/p>\n
