(\u201cISS\u201d), a leading independent proxy voting advisory firm, recommends shareholders vote for boardroom change on the <b><span class=\"bwuline\">WHITE<\/span><\/b> consent card. In particular, ISS supports the addition of two WaterMill nominees \u2013 Jaime Vieser and Holger Weis \u2013 to Ziopharm\u2019s Board of Directors (the \u201cBoard\u201d).
