New York, NY, Nov. 24, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — 10X Capital Venture Acquisition Corp (the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 17,500,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) and trade under the ticker symbol \u201cVCVCU\u201d beginning on November 24, 2020. Each unit consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one share of Class A common stock at a price of $11.50 per share. Only whole warrants will be exercisable. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the shares of Class A common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols \u201cVCVC\u201d and \u201cVCVCW,\u201d respectively.<\/p>\n

10X Capital Venture Acquisition Corp is a blank-check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The Company intends to focus on identifying high growth technology and tech-enabled businesses domestically and abroad in the consumer internet, ecommerce, software, healthcare and financial services industries, as well as other industries that are being disrupted by advances in technology and on technology paradigms including artificial intelligence, automation, data science, ecommerce and Software-as-a-Service.<\/p>\n
