\nAvolon Holdings Limited (\u201cAvolon\u201d), the international aircraft leasing company, announces the successful pricing of a US$675 million Term Loan B Facility (the \u201cFacility\u201d). The Facility, which has a maturity date of December 2027, has been priced at LIBOR plus 2.50% with a LIBOR floor of 0.75%, and is subject to an Original Issue Discount (OID) of 99.00.\n<\/p>\n
